March 28, 2009 update

On Saturday, March 28 with a group from Christ the King parish we were able to:

Continued scraping the exterior walls
“Tar paper” and trim was installed on the shed. Doors started.
New table saw was assembled
Skim coated ceilings and walls in one bedroom and living room and small section of kitchen
Installed bathroom vent tubing
Finished one basement window frame
Kitchen and bathroom walls were cleaned with wallpaper solvent
Front gas light pole was removed
Bedroom, adjacent room and closets were painted with primer
Leaves were raked and bagged

A large lunch was delivered by Janet Holtz, thank you!

Volunteer plumber Dave Jones and helper continued the rough plumbing install
